Your PDF files stay on your computer

PDF Cracker is a desktop application that runs entirely on your own machine. It does not upload, transmit or store your PDF documents. The files you process never leave your computer.

What we collect

• Purchase data. When you buy a license, the payment processor (e.g. PayPal) collects the billing details needed to complete the transaction. We receive your order reference, email address and license type to deliver your license key.
• Support emails. If you contact us, we keep your email so we can reply and follow up on your request.
• Website analytics. Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate, non-personal visitor statistics.

How we use information

We use the information above only to deliver the product you purchased, provide technical and sales support, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
